You can catch the Community Tour in 2009 across North Wales in August. Venues that we're visiting include: The National Eisteddfod at Bala; Plas Madoc Communities First; White Rose Centre, Rhyl; St Asaph PlayScheme; Anglesey Show; Denbigh & Flint Show; Ruthin Produce Market; Celyn Farmers Market; Nantclwyd y Dre Rhuthun, and many more!

Over 9000 people enjoyed the music performed by Ensemble Cymru on our behalf during the last year alone!

The festival's Community Outreach Tour takes place each summer, in the run-up to the main event.

Working with our resident ensemble, Ensemble Cymru, we take classical music out into the communities of North Wales and the North West.

The tour has three objectives; to take free music to people who, through illness, are unable to attend our concerts; to introduce classical music to new audiences; and to promote the festival to a wider audience.

We always strive to visit a varied cross-section of society, visiting schools, shopping centres, hospitals, hospices, care homes, libraries,
