What's On
who will once again close proceedings on the final Saturday.
Sandwiched between these two magnificent orchestras, we have a week of delights in store for our audiences.
From The Sixteen, through to Red Priest, there will be something for everyone, not to mention performances from the multi-award-winning Alison Balsom, a welcome return by celebrated Welsh pianist Iwan Llewelyn Jones, and an evening with Tasmin Little.
Our resident Ensemble Cymru will take to the stage during the week, and Ian Tracey will once again demonstrate the beautiful sound of St Asaph Cathedral's organ.
And that's not all; Ann has now turned her attention to the daytimes, and will be sure to create a masterpiece lunchtime programme, that will include the fruits of an extensive education project, once again in conjunction with Ty Cerdd.
Can you wait for the Box Office to open....?
The clocks have gone forward, Spring is in the air, and we're now ready to let you know a taster of the 2010 line-up!
Ann Atkinson has created another chocolate-box of delights for the music lover, and we're ramping up the excitement in the office, with less than six months to go until Festival week is on us once more.
And so we can let you in on some of our, until now, closely guarded secrets....!
From the 18th-25th September 2010 St Asaph Cathedral will play host to some of the biggest names in Classical music.
We are delighted that the National Youth Orchestra of Wales will open the Festival, under the baton of Owain Arwel Hughes.
This will be the orchestra's only trip to St Asaph this year, and we're already preparing ourselves for a rush at the Box Office.
We're still talking about Owain Arwel Hughes's fantastic night with the BBC NOW last year,
